Qualifications

Lantra Award - Use of a brushwood chipper

NPTC CS30.1 30.2 & 31 - Chainsaw maintenance, On site preparation cross cutting and stacking procedure, Fell and process trees up to 200-380mm

NPTC CS38 UNIT 1 & 2 - Safely climb trees, Conduct Arial rescues

NPTC CS39 - Safe use of a chainsaw from a rope and harness

Every 5 years arborists/tree surgeons are required to update their certificates and T.H TREE SERVICES are always up to date, we also indefinitely update our training and methods to keep with the latest techniques

We also employ sub contractors with the highest levels of qualifications and experience vetted personally by the company owner to ensure the high standards of T.H TREE SERVICES are always maintained.

Loler (Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations) By law all operatives working at height using ropes and harnesses including all devices for this application must be thoroughly examined by an independent inspector every 6 months for PPE(Personnel Protective Equipment) and every 12 months for lowering equipment.

(If were felling a large tree over your house you want to know the equipment we use is of the highest standard and designed for its purpose. We currently have a certified (8ton 8000kgs) rigging capacity lowering system with a safe working load of 800kg, what this means is we can safely lower 800kg pieces of wood )

We only use certified equipment designed for use in arboriculture.

We adhere to the following regulations which cover our industry and are a legal requirement to operate a tree surgery service in the UK.
